Free Party Planning Checklists

Planning a birthday party can be quite a daunting task, whether you're having a few friends for a tea party at home or a whole class party at a venue there are a lot of things to organise from when to send out invitations to planning food and party games. To try and make the process a little simpler, The Party Pirate have pooled our many years experience of organising our own children's parties and created a series of documents to help you plan your own. There are 4 documents in the series, the first two cover planning parties at venues and at home and include suggestions for how far in advance to start planning, a general shopping list and list of important things to remember. The third list give you a suggestion for a general timeline for a standard party, and the fourth list is a set of basic topics for you to add your own personal party information so you have it all to hand. We really hope you will find these documents helpful and would love to hear if you have any suggestions for things we can add to make them better. The documents are free for you to download and use for your own personal use. Please do not copy the content or distribute them in any way though.
